Red Tomatoes (S) Pte Ltd ("Red Tomatoes", "we", "our" or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 ("PDPA"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect your personal data when you shop with us online at www.redtomatoes.com.sg or at our outlets.

1. Personal data we collect

We only collect personal data that is necessary for our dealings with you, such as:

- your name, email address, phone number and delivery address;

- your account login details and order history;

- details of your enquiries, feedback, returns and refund requests; and

- technical information such as your IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected through cookies when you use our website.

We do not store your full card details. Card, Google Pay, Apple Pay and PayPal payments are processed securely by PayPal, and PayNow/PayLah! payments by the relevant bank, under their own privacy policies.

You can browse our website without creating an account. However, we need your details to process an order.

We use your personal data to:

- process and deliver your orders, and arrange returns, replacements and refunds;

- manage your account;

- respond to your enquiries and provide customer service;

- prevent fraud and keep our website secure;

- improve our website, products and services; and

We only share your personal data where needed for the purposes above, with:

- our courier partners (J&T Express and SPX), to deliver your orders;

- payment service providers (such as PayPal and banks), to process payments;

- IT and website hosting providers who help us operate our website; and

- government or regulatory authorities, where required by law.

We do not sell your personal data.

Our website uses cookies to keep items in your cart, keep you logged in, and help us understand how our website is used. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features, such as the shopping cart and checkout, may not work properly.

5. How long we keep your data

We keep your personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law, for example tax and accounting records. After that, we securely delete or anonymise it.

- give you access to the personal data we hold about you;

At Red Tomatoes (S) Pte Ltd, we respect the intellectual property rights of artists, creators and licensors. We are committed to ensuring that all materials used on our website, social media and other marketing channels are properly sourced and used in compliance with applicable copyright laws.

1. Image sources

We only use:

- images owned or created by Red Tomatoes;

- licensed stock images from trusted platforms (such as Canva, Freepik and Shutterstock);

- royalty-free images with commercial use rights; and

- images provided by our product suppliers and brand partners.

2. Seasonal and festive content

Seasonal greeting images (for example, for Chinese New Year, Hari Raya and Deepavali) shared on our social media are intended solely to convey goodwill to our followers. They are not used for direct sales or promotional campaigns unless explicitly stated.

3. Social media content

We regularly review our Facebook, Instagram and other social media pages to remove outdated or irrelevant content.

4. Legacy social media accounts

Some of our older Facebook pages (for example, "redtomatoes827" and "redtomatoesg") have become inaccessible due to platform policy changes, despite our efforts to regain access through Meta's official support channels. As we no longer control these pages, we are unable to update or remove content posted there. Any content on these legacy pages does not reflect our current operations, policies or image use practices.
