Delivery

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — orders of S$84.90 and above (up to 4.9kg) qualify for free shipping. Orders above 4.9kg have a discounted shipping fee applied.

How long does delivery take?
We target to have your order delivered within 3-5days upon placement of order.

Do you deliver islandwide in Singapore?
Yes, islandwide delivery is available, except for a limited number of areas outside our courier partners' coverage.

How do Mix & Match promotions work?
Look for the Mix & Match badge on eligible products. Add the required quantity of items from the same deal to your cart, and the discount is applied automatically at checkout — no code needed.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange an item?
We only accept returns or exchanges for items that arrive damaged. Please report this within 1 day of receipt (based on delivery records) and send us a video of the damaged item as proof via email or WhatsApp, so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
